Agressive Excess hunger Feet and palms are warm Cannot tolerate hot weather Critical Irritability Prone to anger easily Loose oily stools Skin Inflammations, burning eyes Besides above traits I also have Fear Fearful and violent dreams ( My wife says I cry during sleep ) Thin body frame ( no muscular mass ) Dry skin Oil scalp Dry hair Dry eyes Prone to dandruff Laziness Procrastination Dullness When my Vaidya examined me for Ulcers last time I was in India, after examining my pulse he only asked me to avoid potatoes, peas and bananas and asked me to consume papaya. What's my dosha ? I love to eat bananas though Whats the best diet for me in case I'm dual doshic ? I also enjoy doing Yogasanas. At one point I was doing one and half hours of rigorous Yoga ( called Ashtanga Yoga ) and it burnt me out. Now Im practicing like 30-40 mins everyday and feel much better.
