Whats my real dosha ?

I think my I'm a Pitta person. I have the following qualities.

 

Agressive

Excess hunger

Feet and palms are warm

Cannot tolerate hot weather

Critical

Irritability

Prone to anger easily

Loose oily stools

Skin Inflammations, burning eyes

 

Besides above traits I also have

 

Fear

Fearful and violent dreams ( My wife says I cry during sleep )

Thin body frame ( no muscular mass )

Dry skin

Oil scalp

Dry hair

Dry eyes

Prone to dandruff

Laziness

Procrastination

Dullness

 

 

When my Vaidya examined me for Ulcers last time I was in India, after

examining my pulse he only asked me to avoid potatoes, peas and

bananas and asked me to consume papaya.

 

What's my dosha ?

I love to eat bananas though :(

Whats the best diet for me in case I'm dual doshic ?

I also enjoy doing Yogasanas. At one point I was doing one and half

hours of rigorous Yoga ( called Ashtanga Yoga ) and it burnt me out.

Now Im practicing like 30-40 mins everyday and feel much better.

 

What asanas are good for my body type and what asanas I should avoid ?
