Guest guest
Crii dum - I am sorry, I do not know your name! I want the girl to start menstruating because she did not stop due to perfect health. She has a huge abdomen, acne, pain and weakness in all of the joints and obviously has some hormonal problems. She is not an example of the women we discussed earlier who may have reduced their flow due to yoga, tantra or good health.

Guest guest
Just a thought. a lot of missing menses is due to our rhythmic imbalance with nature. As women in the 21st century, we are all out of balance with our natural rhythms and our health falters. We need to build our shakti-prana and realign with our moon energy. We have to remember that at one time, menstruation was an honored time for a woman where others cared for her, and where she had the opportunity to heal and relax, a far cry from where we are now. There are special mantras, and yoni mudra (womb seal) that you can teach your client where she can start re-balancing her cycle, and getting back in the correct rhythms, also remember that a lot of time emotional issues play a part in our menstruation issues. Kapalabhati - Fire Breath is very beneficial to women, as the abdomin bellows and fans the fire within. This helps recharge shakti-prana. If you deal with these issues a lot, the book Path of Practice by Mia Tiwari speaks a lot on these issues, diets are recommended, breathing, and sound. I know women who have used these methods and been able to regain their proper course in less than 3 months. Peace and Blessings. Guest guest
I have instructed her to do kapala bhati and bastrika every morning I have aksed her to sit in vajrasana after meals given her durga yantra and chinmasta yantra for meditiation asked her to take ginger every morning before food instructed her to eat a diet high in greens, soups, fresh juices asked her to eat hingoli after meals given her a lehyam of aloe, shatavari, ashwagandha, liccorice and sage told her to massage pressure poiints for the uterus asked her to do bhujangasana along with bastrika I am not sure if she is following all of these things Oh yes, I also had her massageing her thyroid daily I have worked extensively on the emotional issues but her attitude about her health and self image has not yet shifted. This is a tough case! I have also shown her yoni mudra and given her durga mantra --- Kimberly <timelessremedies wrote: > Just a thought. a lot of missing menses is due to > our rhythmic > imbalance with nature.<snip>
Guest guest
Sounds like you are on the right path. Sometimes until the mental shift happens in the client and they want to get better all we can do is guide them. Some times you have to ask. " Do you want to heal? " I know it sounds like a dumb question, because we naturally think, who wouldn't, but sometimes, we identify with our issues so closely, that we don't realize we are the only thing standing in the way of our own perfect health. So maybe this is the case with her, especially if you say, her mental attitude has not yet shifted. Does she believe that she has the power to heal herself, does she want that healing to occur? No matter how much we want it for our clients, they have to do the mental & physical work. I wish you success, your heart is right, and methods seem to be clear, now she has to take the final step.
