Guest guest
Wherever you are going, I hope your focus is more on the experience than the food. I would say if you are a vegetarian, stand firm in your dietary needs, most places are able to accomadate finding something for you to eat with no meat. If salad is the only thing, your diet may not be the best of what you normally eat but at least you are not causing complications introducing meat to an unsuspecting stomach. I have done this for many years and have grown used to comments and peer presure and even free food...it's just not worth it. Guest guest
It is common for salads to contain beans as served in restaurants in the US. Add one or more types of bread and fruits and you have eaten from the four recommended food groups: vegetables, grains, legumes, and fruits.
