Guest guest Posted April 20, 2007 Report Share Posted April 20, 2007 I understood that breast feeding was all one needed to return the " stomach " to its normal size - I certainly remember how the uterus contracted when i first started breast feeding and how very painful it was - although I am fair haired and skinned i did not have any stretch marked on my abdo - even though I had enormous weight gain - I had stretch marks on my breasts however! A general Hatha workout should do the trick - but gently for a while eh? Pranayama too is invaluable - do you have the Swami Ramdev's pranayama regime? It would be very helpful. After 3 children I know my abdo returned to its normal size, slim or not depending on my overall weight.
