Based on what you said, it might not be ideal to drink goji juice in the spring, but in moderation the dried berries would be OK (and better than the juice in terms of kapha). I think I'll go ahead and eat the dried berries now, along with blueberries, strawberries, pomegranate and raspberries (all of which are OK for kapha). Any comments on this?
