Itching rashes ... skin hard and dark... Need cure...

Hi

 

I have a rash on my leg, which is staying for nearly a yr. I had consulted my

family doctor and she advised me to apply epigerm. Im using it regularly but no

results. The rash is now gone black and sometimes itches. The skin is hard in

that portion. Is there any treatment or remedy which can be followed?
