Looking for treatment of Atopic dermatitis

My son is suffering from itching and redness of skin since one month

after his birth, doctors said it is atopic dermatitis. Now at the age

of 2+ yrs the the symptoms has subsided to elbow and ankles and knee.

He is allergic to oil like mustard oil, olive oil also.

Pl advice if Aurvedic can help to cure it, Thanks, Yours : Das

daily chyavanprash and application of ghee may help
