Guest guest
I have used dates, figs and raisins along with dark leafy greens like kale and spinach to cure pregnancy related anemia. My doctor was convinced that I was taking 1000mg iron a day to bring my blood iron up! You can cure anemia through diet. There is also a supplement called floravit that I used to help with the anemia. Why are you anemic? What is your diet like>? lshills <lshills wrote: Hi my name is Lisa is there a cure for anemia? Guest guest
It can be caused by a gut allergic reaction to any type of food. Undiagnosed celiac disease can often be the cause. Sometimes it's only gluten sensitivity. It can also be that the periods are too heavy and you've been expozed to high levels of manganese. Low B-12,folate or iron of course. There also can be low copper anemia. You might want to check out Linus Pauling INstitute. Exposure to benzene definitely causes certain anaemic-like blo0d abnormalities. Hope this helps. lshills <lshills wrote: Hi my name is Lisa is there a cure for anemia?
