I have found that eating dates, figs and rasins really

helps boost iron levels - four dates or figs a day and

some rasins in the evening or cranberries really

helps.

Eating plenty of leafy greens like kale and spinach is

good.

There is also a liquid suppliment called Floravit -

this works very well.

Along with this, pranayama is veryuseful.

I have used these very methods to cure my own

pregnancy related anemia three times!

The doctor was convinced that I was taking 100mg of

iron daily as she had perscribed but doing this would

cause horrible constipation!

Hope this helps!

If you are able, please give some details about your

age, health, diet, weight etc.

May I also inform all online friends that most of the

spine problems can be solved and resolved by simply

following the 5-minute spinal yoga as detailed at

www.atbsnr.com with simple do's and don'ts given there

at?

Please also visit links on Patient Feedback and In

The Press for confidence building. You can also

visually view the exercises on YouTube as per YouTube

link specified on the home page itself.

Let no one suffer from any of the spine problems when

simple selfcure is right in our hands as said above.

You can also email me personally for more info.
