Guest guest
I am writing this letter to get some advice from you concerning two problems: 1. I have been suffering from Spondylosis pain for last one month. When I took the X-Ray there was two of the bones have very minute distraction we can say. This causes pain in the neck/rightside back and right hand along. It was reduced by some allopathic medicine - like relaxone/Lyric and pain relifs. But the pain is still there especially in the night when lying on the bed. After three weeks I done the physcio therapy for three days but didn't get much relief. Ever though the doctor suggested for Cervic collar, but according to my work pressure in the office I cannot wear it. In the night time I wear it for 3-4 hours. Still the pain is remaining. Could you please tell me what we can do for this. As for medicines please give me some optionals also as I am in KSA, the Ayurvedic medicines are available not in all sorts. 2. I have noticed now that my BP is 140-100. My age is 40 and doctor said the 100 is more, so you have to be careful. I didn't start medicine yet. What remedy we can take to quell it without using medicines, as it starts we cannot stop it. Also please mention Some yogic tecniques for these
