Size is 46x38x31 mm. Weight is approx. 29 gm. No free fluid is seen. OPINION: Grade 1 prostate enlargement with significant amount of post void residual urine. All other body parts are normal. Please advise medicine for speedy recovery. Can it remove from medicines or last option is Operation. Please help, its urgent.
