Guest guest
I was wondering if someone might be so kind as to post information on what to do for chronic candida problems/yeast infections. Along with my other health problems, I always have that issue, too. But I've grown used to it. I have heard many opinions on the subject, but am most interested in Ayurveda opinions. amy
Guest guest
it is really useful to eat two cups of home made yogurt daily. This really helps to keep yeast in balance. Try to also avoid white sugar and flour as well. I know you are vegan so you could try probiotics but I have found that the yogurt works so well. you can use organic milk. If not, you would have to probably go with the probiotic capsules. I have found that when there is a yeast infection we can apply witch haxle or tea tree to the site - it helps reduce it - drinking liccorice and bayberry bark tea helps so much when the infection is present. I drink a glass a day and usually in three days it is gone. Tastes horrible though! maymecall <no_reply > wrote: I was wondering if someone might be so kind as to post information on what to do for chronic candida problems/yeast infections.
