Guest guest
You can also try ATBSNR exercises as shown on YouTube link provided on the home page of www.atbsnr.com. After the 5th exercise, you have to slowly stretch your legs at a snail's pace. When fully streched, take a deep breath and exhale. Each time you do it properly as shown, you are bringing back the cervical vertabrae in proper alinement, Similarly when you get up after sitting for some time, always get up the way shown there, putting your hands behind your head and stretching as shown . Again, you are bringing back the spine to its normal shape. Do it effortlessly enjoying the stretch. The dog does the same every time when it gets up and before it runs. If you make it a habit of getting up and stretching that way before you start walking (as shown on YouTube), you can not only cure your problem in no time but also you can remain free from it for the rest of your life. When you get up that way without feeling shy in front of others, others will get inquisitive. So tell them what it does. That way you can start helping others also by spreading the idea. That way your social service starts without spending any money or time. Avoid constipation by eating food as per tips given at the website and drink plenty of water to produce about two liters of urine in 24 hours irrespective of the season. That will keep the kidneys flushed and help purify your blood as the more urine you pass, the more toxins will be flushed out. Thus you can not only avoid back pains including cervical spondylitis but also keep yourself healthier, enjoying life much more than ever before. If you post your feedback online, all other friends would be happy to see your progress and might decide to help others having various spinal aches and pains. This has worjked in hundreds of cases where some senior orthopedics had advised spinal surgery as the only alternative for them. They too got well without the surgery as you might find some instances under the links on Patient Feedback, Side-benefits and cervical spondylitis. In addition, if you take to 5 simple yogasanas, 5 pranayams and 5 " sukshma Vyayams " as telecast daily on Aastha International TV Channel (ask any Indian friend and he would tell you how to get that channel), then you need not suffer any other health problems too. One must practice before one can preach. I am myself practicing it at my age of 75 plus and hence I am telling you from my own experience. May God bless you and all online friends too. S. M.
