WE need to simmer on low heat until the water is gone. We then apply this oil three times a day to the spots. It can be taken in conjunction with a formula called pigmento. It takes a long time to work. We should keep applying the oil and slowly after a few months we will see that the edges of the spots begin to merge with the surrounding skin. Eventually they will disapppear. The process is a bit lengthy, it is necessary to keep aplying the oil with paience and regularity. I have suggested it to others and it helped them as well. Good luck

Author was surprised to find that the speedy elimination of the patches was seen when applying a lepan made from Bakuchi and cow urine, readily available as " Switralepa Vati " from most of Indian Goushala in North India. One needs to expose the skin area to morning sunlight 20-30 minutes daily after applying lepan. This is equivalent to PUVA treatment which uses UV radiation.
