Some people find relief from excessive menstrual bleeding by rubbing the

pressure point right behind the nipples - (locate them while you're standing

and then rub the point when you are lying down to get the breasts out of the

way) - it is very painful but effective. Even if you did this a couple of

times a day until the pain is no longer experienced you would find great

benefit - I haven't met many people who are prepared to try this but it does

work.

In addition, please try ATBSNR (www.atbsnr.com where

you will find under feedback, a senior nurse working

for Mumbai's largest hospital, namely JJ Hospital who

cured herself through ATBSNR) and Pranayam, especially

Kapaalbhati and Anulom-vilome (www.divyayoga.com) as

they also help normalising periods and other similar

problems like very painful periods, etc.
