Dear Hakim Ji,

My wife having the same problem i.e. white patches. I

read your e-mail regarding bakuchi. Please tell me

the use of bakuchi in detail like how much quantity

and how much time to take in a day and what is the

method to make paste. Please also suggest what food

to eat or not to eat during the medicine.

Please reply soon. I am eagerly waiting

Actually it has helped my daughter and another lady that I gave it to.

I think it may be possible to buy the prepared cream, but I just took the seeds,

ground them by hand and then placed them in sesame and coconut oil - equal parts

and put double the amount of water and boiled it until the water was gone.

This decoction oil was what I put on my daughter two or three times a day.

There is also a common formula called pigmento that can be taken orally along

with the bakuchi oil - my daughter would not take it. I think if both were done

together it would really help.

It takes a long time to work - we feel nothing is happening and then slowly we

realize that the edges of the patches are blending into the normal skin and then

a bit of redness appears in the patch and slowly it disappears one day without

our knowledge.

It needs to be remembered that this is really slow and one should not give up

with the notion that it is not effective.

They say that it works well on those who still have pigment in the hair on the

areas that have spots.

I have found this herb useful.

Best of luck to you and your wife.
