The herbalist suggested me these remedies in order to prepare a canalar root treatment. I red on the bottle that it is for sinusitis and throat problems. The herbalist told me that it is the same sector involved. Is it possible a connexion with the event and these remedies? Guest guest Posted March 8, 2007 Report Share Posted March 8, 2007 Hi Mahima; Only familiar with guggulu - it is very heating which can easily create bleeding if tissues already are challenged in sinuses. Some vaidyas are appalled that guggulu is used often as a single herb, other ayurvedic practitioners in the west use it often that way and we do not know if they do proper folloup - for clearing cholesterol from arteries. All I know agree, not to take less than 3-5 herbs in combination for problems, occasional use of a single as rasayana when no ama and agni is good too.
