Just joined interested in the cleanses

Can someone explain the cleanses to me. Forgot to ask in my last

post. I would like to get started on them. Also, I cannot handle

apple juice. Where can I find an aryvedic practictioner in my area.

Malic acid powder is the substitute for apple juice.

 

The dosage is one half

teaspoon in a glass of water four times per day for

one week before the liver cleanse. It is sour tasting
