About Malic Acid?

Hello All,

 

I am getting ready to do my 3rd flush next wednesday.

Instead of drinking apple juice, I have switched to malic acid.

But my naturopathic doctor gave me Magnesium Malate Forte (5mg)

Pills, with malic acid (250mg) combined to do the flush.(she didnt

have just the malic acid alone). I have to take 8 of these pills

daily to equal the 2000 mg of malic acid Moritz recommends.

Is this Magnesium/Malic Acid Combo acceptable, or will it not work

with the Andreas Moritz flush?

 

No health food stores here carries or special orders malic acid soley.

So much for living in hickville!

I am not familiar with magnesium malate. I would ask

Andreas Moritz.

 

In terms of malic acid, the dosage is one half

teaspoon in a glass of water four times per day for

one week before the liver cleanse. It is sour tasting

so putting it in capsules is a plus. You can mail
