Second Flush Report

Did my second liver flush last weekend and have to report a total

zero. No stones, no nothing. The only thing that flushed out of my

system was water. Very disappointing. I also found taking the

epsom salts difficult this time. Can anything be added to them to

make them more palatable?

I can only think that my poor result may have been due to the fact

that I was feeling a bit below par on the day with a slight cold.

But you know how it is, you get all geared up to do this thing (in

my case: time off work, kids sent somewhere else, 6 days of Malic

Acid etc) and you don't want the inconvenience of putting it off.

Of course there's always the possibility that I don't HAVE any

stones lurking in my bile ducts, but something has to be causing my

red face, so until I discover what else that can be... cleansing is

the way to go!

Good luck to you all.

Hi Sally

I have read other people having the same experience.

Andreas Moritz recommends continued liver cleansing to

move beyond the blockage.

I sometimes hold my breath when I drink the epsom

salts water in order to avoid the bitter taste, then I

rinse my mouth with fresh water. Some people add a

little orange juice to the water to mask the bitter

taste. I have noticed that the taste of the epsom

salts water does not bother me as much as it used to.

All the best

Thanks for the advice One Love. I have also read that a few drops

of Stevia (sweet tasing herb)can help mask the bitter taste of Epsom

Salts. As usual EU regulations prevent it being sold here in the UK

and so a relatively cheap product costs a fortune when bought off

the internet from the USA (Customs, postage etc. Grrrrr!)

I will being doing my third liver flush next weekend and keeping my

fingers crossed for a good result this time.
