Guest guest
Hello Onelove The pitta diet has dried dates in the favour list. Does this mean dried fruit is ok during the healing period, as opposed to fresh fruit which you have said causes damp heat? I have completed the 9th liver cleanse, with the final few stones expelled followed by water alone - I now plan to have a gap of a few months before the next cleanse. My complexion is better, but the insomnia I am experiencing is still a problem and aggravates the burning and telangiestasia. You recommended David frawley's book and advice on insomnia - I have not been able to obtain a copy yet - could you summarise his advice on this briefly, please? I have tried Nelson's Noctura and other herbal remedies with no success. Many thanks Steve UK
Guest guest
Dear Steve Congratulations on your perseverance to see this process through. I am glad you are finally beginning to see results. Dried fruit on the favor pitta list is good in moderation. See guidelines below. I will post the insomia information in a few days. Fruit Guidelines Fruit is best eaten in the morning with cooked cereal or by itself. Dried fruit should be soaked in water over night. Dried fruit should not contain sulfur. You can find non sulfur dried fruit at the health food store. Fruit should not be eaten in the evening particularly with starch. Fruit sugar and starch leads to fermentation in the stomach which leads to toxic build up. Fruit is best organic, locally grown and in season. Melons should always be eaten alone Best regards OneLove Steve Sharp <steve_sharp12 wrote: > Hello Onelove > > The pitta diet has dried dates in the favour list. > Does this mean > dried fruit is ok during the healing period, as > opposed to fresh > fruit which you have said causes damp heat? > > I have completed the 9th liver cleanse, with the > final few stones > expelled followed by water alone - I now plan to > have a gap of a few > months before the next cleanse.
