You can determine your body type by a questionaire, however it may not be completely accurate. If you have doubts, I would suggest a consultation with a doctor of ayurveda. I had seached this site the other day, but apparently didnt go to the right page. I will look into the ayurvedic doctor, soon, but first I have to get well enough to get rid of the other two doctors I have *smirk* I Cant afford another doctor on top of a naturopathic and a homeopathic doctor. Well, I ordered two copies of Mr. Andreas Moritz book, on the liver cleanse.( one for me and one for my doctor) I cant wait for the book to come, althought it could be up to several weeks or months until the book arrives into my little hands. I must practice patience until then, and I guess a good way to do that would be just to work on the diet changes that I know I need to implement.(Going from junk~aholic to healthy is a wee bit different!)
