Gearing Up for Colon Cleansing

I was very happy to finally get my copy of the Moritz book. (don't

recommend the electronic version, took me a week of trying, maybe that was

just me/my computer).

Question: Looks like you do the colonic first? I have been trying to find

an ayervedic dr. where I live without success - so far. I have found

someone

who is European. Is there any difference between hydrotherapists? I have

done a bit of research and it seems to me that they are all the same, am I

correct?

Welcome CT

Yes, it is important to clean the colon before and after the

liver cleanse.

There is a difference between a colon hydrotherapist and

a doctor of Ayurveda or Chinese medicine. The latter will

help you determine your state of balance and body type.

Here is the link to colon cleansing information

Thanks for reply and referral to message 11.

I have diverticulitus, so I guess hydrotherapy is out for me (as pointed out

in Message 11). [first time I read that].

I take a morning drink that consists of 1 - 2 tablespoons of ground flax

seed, and other herbs. I rarely experience constipation. But I sometimes

get bad dirrea (if I don't do food combining). Then, I get these bean

shaped/sized bits of stool (along with watery, yellowy dirrea.) that I

assume means I still have diverticulitus. (I believe diverticulitus does not

go away, or cure,

right?).

As a result of morning drink, I believe my system is fairly clean,

-now- but I likely have an accumulation of debris as well and could benefit

from a colon cleanse. I have many of the problems listed in Moritz's book.

- Are there alternatives to hydrotherapy? What about the alternatives

mentioned in the book, Epsom salts, etc.? Would one be better than another?

- Will the liver cleanse be as effective if I don't do the colonic

hydrotherapy?

thanks

Hi ct

Sorry to hear of your situation. Do not give up hope!

I am not an expert on diverticulitus, however I feel

natural therapy will make a difference. I suggest

consulting with Andreas Moritz for details.

Kind regards
