Fourth Liver Cleanse

Hi Everyone!

 

I have just finished my fourth liver cleanse and thought I would let

you know how it went. I was totally amazed at the numbers of stones

that came out during the morning of the cleanse. 100's of stones all

sizes, mostley green but there where some tiny white stones and black

stones there too. It is now 4.30pm and I am still seeing stones

(although only a few)

 

this seems like my most sucsessful cleanse yet. In myself at the

moment I feel wonderful. As for my skin it is a little pinker than

before the cleanse (this always seems to happen to me and goes down

after my colonic- Monday)this is hard to discribe but my skin feels

like toxins are coming out of it, a bit clamy and hot and irritated.

(like I have been out drinking or something which I haven't done now

in almost a year!)I am going to do the clay and cider vinegar mask

later which should help.

 

Since starting the cleanses I have noticed a big improvemnt in the

flushing. I rarely flush now only when an emotion causes me too and

it goes down again very quickly. I have also noticed a big improvment

in my eyes. they where always irritated before and feel normal at the

moment which is lovely!

 

I always have pink cheaks though and bumpy skin texture. this is what

I am hoping will improve with further cleanses. I am very hopeful

after this one and I am certainly glad to have all of those stones

out of me!

 

It has been quiet on this forum for a while is anyone else cleansing

at the moment?

 

I found the post about hormones very interesting and have orderd the

suppliments to try! thanks for sharing

Hi Natasha

 

Thank you for keeping us posted. Your experience shows

that there is a direct correlation between the removal

of heat and toxins in relation to skin condition. Your

continued application of the basics which are diet

modification, internal cleansing, and walking will

bring you the results desired. Keep up the great work!
