Guest guest
Hi Fellow members, I have been reading your posts, daily ,and I'm delighted that you have had such good results. I am desperate to try the liver cleanse but would not be able to do the colon cleanses as I am living in Spain, for the moment, and don't yet speak the language very well. Is there any alternative that I can do at home apart from the colonic boards I've read about? By the way , living in a hot climate has its advantages- the broken veins don't look purple in the winter ! Look forward to hearing from you. Guest guest
Welcome Helen The liver cleanse employs a colonic or colema board irigation. It is critical to remove any residual stones from the colon with these procedures. The ayurvedic cleanse employs an enema. You can find the details in the files section here http://health./files Feel free to ask if you have any further questions. Kind regards OneLove helenmlittle <helenmlittle wrote: > Hi Fellow members, > I have been reading your posts, daily ,and I'm > delighted that you > have had such good results. > I am desperate to try the liver cleanse but would > not be able to do > the colon cleanses as I am living in Spain, for the > moment, and > don't yet speak the language very well. > > Is there any alternative that I can do at home apart > from the > colonic boards I've read about? > By the way , living in a hot climate has its > advantages- the broken > veins don't look purple in the winter ! > Look forward to hearing from you. > Helen
