Guest guest
Hi Everyone. I was hoping someone who has had colon hydrotherapy or has done a successful colemic could give me some specific details. I did my second one and got the same results. Do you fill up part way and stop to hold? Do you keep the water running and hold as long as you can, release, and repeat? How long should you try and hold for? I know I may just be congested but I want to make sure I am doing it right. The instructional video that came with it wasn't informative enough in my opinion. I'd like to give it another try, if I get the same results I guess I'll go to a professional for a couple, rather save the money if I can. I hope all are thrilled with progress of the cure:) Take care, Bonnie
Guest guest
Hi Bonnie The procedure with the colema is simply to let the water enter the colon until you feel full, then stop the flow of water with the hose clamp and let the water flow out of the colon. Repeat this process until the bucket is empty. If you continue to not experience much coming out, then I would suggest seeing a colonic hydrotherapist for the initial removal of congestion.
