I recently read on his forum he is now recommending everyone do the kidney cleanse after each 3rd liver cleanse due to the high amount of toxins people have been releasing with the liver cleanse. I plan to incorporate this into the protocol here too. The kidney cleanse instructions are in his book and herb-inc.com has the herbs. I am so excited about ridding my body of all the poor thing has had to deal with. OneLove. While doing a kidney cleanse can one also do the ayurevdic cleansing? I knIe a break from the liver cleansing during that time. I was planning on doing a colemic a week during the first kidney cleanse but was hoping to do the Ayurvedic for the second. The ayurvedic cleanse is a step by step process that should not involve the interaction of other herbs. Doing colemas or colonics during the kidney cleanse is ok.
