Guest guest
Hi PC Good to hear you are making progress! You will know the liver is clean when you no longer pass stones with the liver cleanse. Generally speaking, the colon is clean when you no longer have a thick white coating on the tongue. It is always best to have a professional analyze your tongue and pulse. Tongue analysis is a fine science in both Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. I hope to share more information regarding this in the future. Most kindly OneLove original message " pink_cat_6 " <fminyc Hi Everybody! Hope you're all feeling healthier and looking prettier! Hey, OneLove, One question, please: How do you know when you've gotten your liver (and colon) clean? I am assuming you would look to your tongue and if it's clean & healthy-looking, without the scalloped edges all the time (especially in the morning), then you've succeeded. My rosacea ick is vanishing quickly. The bulk of it disappeared very quickly. But there were some more stubborn patches. I assume these were there longer and had deeper roots into the toxins. These are especially along my jaw, which I understand is a sign of sluggish lymph. I've been dry brushing. I would think the skin itself needs time to simply repair itself after years of trauma. Thanks much. Regards, PC
