First Cleanse Experience

Well I did the first cleanse the weekend before last and didnt

really have anything particular happen but some serious diarrhea. I

did the routine verbatim, but perhaps it will take another cleanse

before anything happens.

 

I have been doing the colonics every week.

I was very nervous about donig the cleanse in the first place but

found the entire experience pretty painless. But I havent seen any

stones yet either.

 

I must be pretty congested.

I will be trying another cleans next week and hope that will produce

some results. Any suggestions on what to do to ensure a better

cleanse?

I did read something about Chinese Bitters.

 

Anyway, I will post after the second cleanse.
