Hello, everyone!

OneLove -- quick ghee question, if you please.

What kind of fat is ghee? Is it one of the Omegas (3,6,9)? Or

something other that helps one of these EFAs to work?

Stop me from saying ghee, thanks! ;-)

But thanks, indeed!

Hi PC

From what I have read, ghee has omega 6. Please note,

when in the cleansing phase, adding oil to the diet

should be moderate. When one no longer has rosacea,

the standard dosage of ghee is 1 teaspoon per meal for

vata and pitta body types, and 1 to 2 teapsoons per

day for kapha body types.

Also from what I have read, hemp seeds have the best

ratio of essential fatty acids and is considered a yin

tonic food in Chinese medicine.
