Guest guest
One Love, Thanks for the detailed explanation about gall stones. I've heard that coffee enemas, or coffee used for a colonic fill or two, helps clear the liver. Yay or Nay? pc
Guest guest
Hi PC Coffee enemas can be harsh on the system and they are not as complete as the liver cleanse, so I do not recommend them. In terms of enemas, a better approach is to use burdock root tea or aloe vera juice. Burdock root tea for a enema is 5 tablespoons burdock root boiled for 5 minutes in 5 cups water. Let cool to body temperature and use for the enema. Add a couple tablespoons of sunflower oil which is moisturizing to the colon. Burdock root is a blood purifier. Aloe vera has cooling and healing properties. One enema per day for 5 days in a row would be a good series of cleansing enemas. You could do this during the 2 week break of the liver or ayurvedic cleanse.
