Guest guest
Greetings, again, One Love, I am assuming that the program you describe in the Files in this group have fully relieved you of rosacea. I'm just wondering if you did, indeed, relieve yourself by these programs of that lingering pink skin that seems to sometimes change by the minute. As I wrote in an earlier post, I have a new skin. Since the first Ayurvedic cleanse I've gotten rid of breakouts, pimples, papules, pustules. DURING the cleanse my skin was immaculate; really pale in the morning, too. (Some would think too pale -- but there is no such thing as " too pale " among those who suffered the red face.) Now I'm a just little pink. Is this the sign of the inner fire coming back (same as when you throw water on a fire and don't totally put it out, it comes back a little?, but that with subsequent Ayurvedic cleanses this, too, will be extinguished? Your personal experiences along these lines would be very helpful and encouraging. Thanks a lot! pc P.S. I know there was some talk about before and after photos. For what it's worth, I don't think these are of much value. After all, photos can me easily manipulated. (In fact, slightly different lighting will give completely different results from one frame to the next in one photo session even if it's not intended.) So, IMHO we learn as much, even more, from the thoughtfully written word than we would from a photo. Especially since a set of photos can easily be challenged at worst; and are pretty subjective at best.
Guest guest
Greetings PC I am happy to say I am completely free of rosacea due to the information outlined for this group. You will most likely see a reduction in redness just after a cleanse, then see the redness come back until further cleanses remove the redness completely. This was my experience. How long it will take for you to be symptom free will depend on how much internal congestion and heat one has to be removed. I have given the general estimate of 2 to 3 months of cleansing every 2 weeks combined with the toxin heat reducing diet and walking. Someone with severe rosacea could take upwards of 5 months. I had moderate rosacea and it took me 2 months. I agree that photographs can be manipulated, however if I would have had a medical doctor document my case with photographs, it would have given credibility to this process. I encourage everyone here to do this if so inclined.
