Working up to liver flush

Dear One Love,

 

You wrote this (in part) to MB:

I take this to mean that someone with " deep seated congestion "

should repeat the Ayurvedic cleanse *several times* before

attempting another liver flush. Is this so?

Hi PC

 

Doing the ayurvedic cleanse is not required before the

liver cleanse. You can go straight to doing the liver

cleanse.

 

Both cleanses are for the purpose of removing internal

heat, however the liver cleanse can be seen as being

more thorough. I have left it up to the individual to

choose which cleanse they want to work with.
