Guest guest
Dear One Love, You wrote this (in part) to MB: " Although I do not know your entire health history, the impression I get is that you have very deep seated congestion. A liver cleanse in which few or no stones are passed is a common occurence. This is a indication of deep seated congestion. " The solution to the situation is to continue doing the basics which is internal cleansing every 3 weeks, heat reducing de-toxifying diet, circulation of energy through walking. " I take this to mean that someone with " deep seated congestion " should repeat the Ayurvedic cleanse *several times* before attempting another liver flush. Is this so? Thank you. Guest guest
Hi PC Doing the ayurvedic cleanse is not required before the liver cleanse. You can go straight to doing the liver cleanse. Both cleanses are for the purpose of removing internal heat, however the liver cleanse can be seen as being more thorough. I have left it up to the individual to choose which cleanse they want to work with.
