Guest guest
How do people know what body type they are and also what they are supposed to eat? And in the directions for the actual cleanse the directions say to add 4 tablespoons of epsom salts to 3 eight oz. glasses of H2o. Does this mean add 4 tablespoons to each individual glass or 4 tablespoons to 24 oz.'s of water that would than be divided into 4 six oz. portions? Also wondered if anyone here has had any positive outcomes yet? Thanks in Advance, Amon
Guest guest
Greetings Amon The book Ayurvedic Healing by Dr. David Frawley has a question and answer list which will help you determine your body type. While you are going through the cleansing process, the focus should be on eating a heat (pitta) reducing diet and avoiding foods that create congestion. The information is in the files section here http://health./files The measurements for the espsom salts water is 1 tablespoon epsom salts mixed with 2/3 cup water. Here are a few posts of recent positive results. http://health./message/83 http://health./message/99 http://health./message/118 Most kindly OneLove <amonamon wrote: > How do people know what body type they are and also > what they are > supposed to eat? > > And in the directions for the actual cleanse the > directions say to > add 4 tablespoons of epsom salts to 3 eight oz. > glasses of H2o.
