Guest guest
I really want to start a cleanse on the 21st,however, Im still a little confused, and I have read every word in the files directory. Basically Andreas Moritz has published the liver cleanse book, (outline) which is similar to the Ayurvedic home cleanse, which you have outlined. You need to pick either one or the other, or can do both 3 weeks apart? Do you recommend a colonic hydrotherapy session before and after the Ayurvedic cleanse, and the 3 enemas on the last 3 days? I can eat other vegetables the first 3 days, but not days 4-8? Can I find all the food items at a health food store? If you could answer these questions I would be very grateful, I also want to thank you for your work and involvement in this.
Guest guest
Greetings The liver cleanse and the ayurvedic cleanse are two seperate cleansing procedures and are not to be done simultaneously. The liver cleanse is spaced at least two weeks apart with a week of preparation which would equal three weeks. You can do the ayurvedic cleanse during the two week gap of the liver cleanse. If you choose to do only the ayurvedic cleanse, they should be spaced at least two weeks apart. Colonics are not part of the ayurvedic cleanse. The diet for the first three days of the ayurvedic cleanse is according to your body type. Days 4 to 8 eat kitchari which is a mixture of rice, mung beans, and vegetables. You can find the food items at a health food store except the split mung beans which are available from Everybodys Health Food Store in Iowa 641-472-5199. If any further questions, feel free to ask. Kind regards OneLove original message I really want to start a cleanse on the 21st,however, Im still a little confused, and I have read every word in the files directory.
