Are the ones you can buy at the store sufficient? Also going throught the original text file, it starts Day 1 - 3 Internal oleation. For 3 days in a row, consume 2 oz.... It doesnt seem to state that you start w/ an enema, Do you have a more clear outline? I am kind of confused where to start, what all to buy and where to get it from. Thanks, Derek. The description of a colonic is here http://health./message/11 The pre-packaged enema at the store is not sufficient. The cleanse you are referring to is the ayurvedic cleanse which can be used in addition to the liver cleanse.
