Guest guest
I'm kinda new to this group and after reveiwing all of the postings I've decided to try the cleanse since I have nothing else to lose. I have this problem that maybe someone can help answer or maybe provide some insight on. I love to exercise, lifting weights, running, basketball you name it and I'll do it. The problem is that after I engage in more intense physical activity my face gets worse for several days later. If rosacea(What I've been diagnosed) is caused by liver congestion, then why does my face get worse after I exercise? I mean were talkn' beat red. Maybe someone has had a simlar problem that can give me some tips on what to do about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jason
Guest guest
Welcome Jason As you have experienced, vigorous exercise will increase inflamation. However, the exercise I recommend is walking which is for the purpose of circulating internal energy to help speed up the healing process.
