Guest guest
Thanks to OneLove for sending me the e-mail about Moritz' liver cleanse. I am exciting and also nervous about trying this. I have started looking for someone to do the colonic hydrotherapy. I bought the unfiltered apple juice (four 32 oz. bottles) but I couldn't find oral epsom salts. Are they the same as the epsom salts you get at a regular drug store? The health food store clerk looked at me like I was crazy when I asked about this. I am glad you started this and I think it will help us all if we can compare stories and see how this is working for other folks. I have had rosecea for 17 years now. I would love to be rid of it for good. I stopped taking antibiotics about 2 years ago. I do still use the Metrocreme from time to time, but don't really want to be using that either. I did some body/mind work last year, which helped some, but didn't really change my condition. I do have high cholestorol and recently had to start taking Zocor, which I am anything but happy about. I would love to get a cholesterol reading just before starting this therapy and get another one afterwards, but I'm worried that the doctor will attribute any drop to the Zocor. I don't really want to tell him about trying the liver cleanse as I think he will tell me not to do it. Just thought I'd share my story with you all. I'll let you know how things go once I have everything in place to do the actual cleanse. Peace, jamie
Guest guest
Greetings Jamie You are welcome. Thank you for sharing your story. Congratulations on making a new start towards healing. Wow, seventeen years is a long time. I am confident that with cleansing and a healthy diet, it will only be a matter 2 to 3 months until you can say goodbye to rosacea. An added benefit with a healthy diet is that your cholesterol level will dramatically drop and your need for cholesterol drugs will vanish. Popular authors like John McDougall M.D., Neal Barnard M.D., Timothy Smith M.D., and John Robbins support a plant based diet for health and disease prevention. I like to think rosacea is natures way of telling us we need to get into balance, or else a more serious health issue could manifest. Yes, epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) is what you can find at any drug store. It has a long history of safely being used as a laxative. If you ever have any questions, feel free to ask. I and the good people in this group are here to help. Please keep us posted of your experience.
