Guest guest
Onelove, What are your suggestions for the transition from one diet to another? I am trying to lose weight, but as you know exercise can be difficult sometimes with rosacea. I'm currently on the Atkins Diet, but I also want to do the liver cleanse for the rosacea. I obviously can't do both... I've read that gradual diet changes should be made, but how long should I be off Atkins (mostly animal proteins) before the liver cleanse? Also, do you think that after a liver cleanse diet and exercise may be more effective? Thanks again, Angela
Guest guest
Hi Angela I would consider a two week transition sufficient for adopting a health promoting diet. In terms of losing weight, the diet guidelines that have been described for this group will normalize your weight. Regarding the effectiveness of diet and exercise after cleansing, they should be done in conjunction with cleansing to speed up the healing process. I view walking at least 15 minutes every day out of direct sun during the cool part of the day to be ideal. Regarding the Atkins Diet, I am definitely not an advocate of this diet. Please see the information I just posted here /message/49 Best regards OneLove On Monday, August 11, 2003, at 08:21 AM, akbreshears wrote: > Onelove, > > What are your suggestions for the transition from one diet to > another?
