Guest guest
Hi, My question is if you have had a pre and post colonic after the first liver cleanse, do you have to continue to have them for the next liver cleanses or do you just need a post colonic or can you get away with enemas. They can be kinda expensive. THanks for the information. mB
Guest guest
Hi MB Andreas Mortiz recommends a pre-cleanse and post-cleanse colonic or colema board irrigation with every single liver cleanse. Once you have done the first liver cleanse, you can substitute the pre-cleanse with a warm water enema. However, it very important that every single post-cleanse be a colonic or colema to remove any residual stones in the colon.
