Internal Cleansing and Keratosis Pilaris?

I'm ready to try both cleansing methods (Ayurvedic and liver) but i

was wondering if anyone has any experience with Keratosis Pilaris?

 

Will this work for me too?

I am sorry to hear about your situation. My experience is only with

rosacea. However, according to Ayurveda, all skin disorders with the

exception of a external irritant, are due to heat and toxins in the

blood. Based on that principle, I would say that the skin disorder of

Keratosis Pilaris will go away with internal cleansing and diet

modification. If you are not comfortable with that analysis, then I

would recommend consulting with a health practitioner face to face.
