Guest guest
Onelove, I'm so glad that you have started this group! I've been looking for natural methods to control rosacea, so that I can stop the antibiotics I'm on. I've tried talking to my doctor about other options, but I think she wants to keep me on the drugs forever! This is not an option when I'm 24 years old and I want children (birth defect issues). Just one question though, I haven't read about the liver cleanse yet, but just from looking at the pictures you have posted...How painful is this process??? I just want to be sure I won't end up in the emergency room! Thanks, Angela Kansas City

I think that antibiotics are meant to be taken for a short time and in a real emergency. Doctors in Europe would never prescribe them for skin conditions. I wouldn't take it for acne or rosacia, no way. Although I can understand if somebody takes it for a month or so for special occassions like a wedding and honeymoon. But for years??? As you know, it desctroys the intestinal flora, it plays havoc with your digestion, your immune system and things we probably don't even know about. The liver cleanse is not painful as long as you follow directions. Having access to colonics is essential to eliminate all the material. I got the info in e book form and read it one day. Now I'm totally convinced of this whole thing.
Guest guest
Greetings Angela You are welcome! The liver cleanse is painless. When the stones move out of the liver, you may experience some minor nausea. Once you pass the stones, the nausea goes away. Why is the liver cleanse painless? For six days before the cleanse you drink a measured amount of unfiltered bottled apple juice. The apple juice has malic acid which softens the stones. Before the cleanse you clear the colon with a colonic or colema board cleanse. During the cleanse, epsom salts water is taken which is a laxative plus it dialates (opens) the bile ducts for easy passage of stones. Olive oil causes the gallbladder to excrete bile which pushes the stones out of the bile ducts. After the cleanse, you remove any residual stones from the colon with a colonic or colema board cleanse. We have Andreas Moritz to thank for designing this process. Unfortunately, many people are using the Hulda Clark liver cleanse due to hear exposure on the internet. Her cleanse does not use pre-cleanse and post-cleanse protocols. Not cleansing the colon before the cleanse can result in bile regurgitation. I have seen one lady on the net who wound up in the hospital for this due to pain. Not cleansing the colon for residual stones can lead to the stones toxifying the body. Not good! I would respect your doctor for prescribing antibiotics. That is how they were trained. However, I would quietly let it go. Synthetic antibiotics are not assimilated by the body. They will destroy the healthy balance of flora in your body plus wind up in your liver possibly leading to liver damage or some other health problem.
