Well, I read the Liver cleansing book and I can't wait to try it. I

probably will start in 2 weeks. I'm very impressed with the Amazing

Liver Cleansing. There is so much information about the digestive

system that I didn't even know about.

I belive in a healthy life style, although I can't see myself being a

total vegetarian. I love eggs and fish and yogurt. The biggest

challange for me is to give up dairy foods. I tried a few times

unsuccessfully so I decided that the best thing was to cut down and

stay away from commercial dairy products, you know the ones with

hormones, chemicals and such.

I always knew on the gut level that my rosacea was related to my

diet. And boy, you hit the nail right on the head by mentioning

negative emotions. It is absolutely true in my case. The stress,

frustration and anger that goes on for a very long time affected my

digestion, therefore my skin.

I will keep you posted with my experience with the liver cleanse.

Welcome Granada

In the information I have described, you do not have to become a

vegetarian unless you choose to. During the healing process, eating

little or no animal meat is the ideal. Once you are healed, if you

choose to eat meat, Ayurveda recommends white chicken, white turkey, and

fresh water fish in moderate amounts. Of course organic meat is the

ideal. Regarding dairy products, I will post a article on that subject

soon which should answer any questions.

Kind regards
