I can find the Ayurvedic cleansing but that is not about the liver?? The article about Andreas Moritz is only about his method not how to use it. The electronic version is the most economical and available at his website ener-chi.com I had originally planned to post the instructions, but Andreas told me that would not be a good idea. He said when people do not read the book, they tend to disregard the complete cleanse instructions and that is not good. Also he said it was not a monetary decision because he makes little money from the book.
