Guest guest
There was a good article on Menieres in the April issue of homeopathy today http://nationalcenterforhomeopathy.org/store/product=94 By Amy Rothenberg, ND It was mentioned in the article that stress can bring this on. With it being a chronic disease, it responds best to constitutional care. with that said, a few remedies stand out as the most commonly prescribed. Cocculus, Phosphorus, Conium maculatum, Calcarea carbonica and argentum nitricum. Other natural options offered were: Vitamin C - 1000mg twice a day Bioflavonoids - 500mg, twice a day Reduce salt intake to less than two grams per day B-Complex vitamin - 50-100 mg per day Ginko Biloba - (some studies have shown that taking this herb, 40 mg 3 x per day, will help tinnitus) Magnesium - 500 mg per day
