I greet you with a request and opportunity,

We are participating in one of the pivotal battles on health care in the last several decades. Texas is the battleground. It is time to transform this series of events. This is an urgent request.

For a wider look, please read what the FDA has by way of regulations, which will restrict choices in treatment. We have an opportunity for Texans to set a new precedence for other states to follow, which will quell this regulatory (oppressive) piece of legislation (agency policy) mandated by force and intimidation on the population.

Here is how to change this trend. We need your help for this to occur:

House Bill 3056, the Texas Health Freedom bill, is before the Government Reform Committee. This bill is historic for alternative care in Texas. The whole CAM industry is watching our progression through the legislature. This is the first time in Texas it has been presented. To have this passed through on the first presentation will be a miraculous feat.

This bill will forever protect alternative modalities in Texas. Every year for the past eight years, the natural health world has had to fend off direct attacks against alternative health.

Committee chief clerk Jonathan Mathers requests any correspondence directed to the members of GR Committee be faxed to his office at

(512) 692 - 2971.

Mr. Mathers, is interested in gathering letters from individuals, not practitioners, regarding success stories with CAM treatments for the Government Reform Committee. This would be in support if the Texas Health Freedom bill.

This is urgent. This is serious. This is going on right down the street in your town. And it will affect every citizen in Texas and lay the ground work for similar legislation, either for or against, in other states. We have legislators friendly to our situation, but they cannot help us if we do not help ourselves.Please help.
