IN ORDER TO ESTABLISH AN EFFECTIVE AND PRACTICAL CONTROL OF SOVERIEGN GLOBAL POPULACE, ON THE LINES OF COSMIC SYSTEM, A GLOBAL ACCOUNTABILITY MANDATE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE GOVERNMENTS AND GOVERNING BODIES HAS BECOME A DIRE NEED OF OUR PRESENT TIMES. Our “Fundamental Human Rights based constitutions” do not have provision of accountability, checks and balances for rulers and governing bodies. We keep the fulfillment of Human Greed and unrestricted ambitions in focus and accordingly, frame our laws to suit the whims and fancies of elite class.
