Guest guest
FYI, Just got this and wanted to pass it on. Mary Dear readers, Ever wonder just how far mad science will go to make more money by playing God with the food supply? A new genetically modified rice, now approved by the USDA for test planting in the Midwest, uses human genes to generate pharmaceuticals in the rice. That's how greedy corporations are now trying to " grow " their own patented medicine while ignoring the natural medicine already found in plants. But the rest of the story is even worse: due to unknown cross-pollination risks, a significant portion of the national food supply may be placed in jeopardy if this experiment goes awry. All it takes is a little wind and a little cross-pollination, and we may compromise the very future of food in North America. http://www.newstarget.com/021683.html
