Guest guest
Dear SM Acharya; One of my teachers in Colorado, USA, Dr. Saraswati Buhrman, reported in a class with the Rocky Mountain Insitute of Yoga and Ayurveda on Ayurveda and Western Medicine wherein approaches and most difficult types of problems were shared, similarly. She said that every one of her MS clients had long term chronic constipation, whether they thought they did or not there was much accumulation creating major self-toxification contributing in a major way. Do you find this is the case with cases you know? She also has good success reversing the disease. Guest guest
Dear S.M Acharya; Thank you for taking the time to explain and offer window to Ramdev's work also. It is easy to understand the value of this direction, and appreciate the enthusiasm behind those dedicating their focus for others with it. The most powerful modalities for my personal self-care always returns to asana, pranayama, and meditation also. Appreciating also the inspiration to share what works so well before it is lost! Namaskar; Ysha > I am not a professional doctor nor I cure any one. They listen to me and if and when they understand
